Automatic translation v3

Updated to use Microsoft's translator api instead of scraping Google

The parser is a straight forward utilisation of: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff512423.aspx

The script will attempt to echo a translation for sentences it considers are not the same as the target language (uses auto lang detection)

made this so that I could understand some dutch that was being said in a channel :p

Use the rightclick Translate menu to turn it on and off, choose target language and channels to translate in.

alias -l spmparam return 10:5

alias -l locktime return 10

alias -l c1 return $+($chr(3),14,$1-)

alias -l c2 return $+($chr(3),03,$1-)

alias -l logo return $+($c2(**),$c1([),$c2($1),$c1(]))

alias -l urlencode return $regsubex($1-,/(\W)/g,$+(%,$base($asc(\1),10,16,2)))

alias -l achannels return $readini(translate.ini,n,Translate,chans)

on *:text:*:#: {

  if (!$regex($1-,^[`.!@~])) && ($readini(translate.ini,n,Translate,on)) && ($istok($achannels,$chan,32)) {

    hinc $+(-mu,$token($spmparam,1,58)) antiflood $chan 1

    if ($hget(antiflood,$chan)
